The Kebab Alliance is the UK’s first representative body for the highly successful and thriving kebab industry in the UK which generates more than £2.8bn for the economy, employs more than 200,000 people and plays a vital role in communities up and down the country.
The Kebab Alliance is the voice of our industry, promoting our members’ interests, driving standards and raising awareness of the important economic and cultural role of kebabs in the UK.
The Kebab Alliance was created in November 2020 by three founding members including Just Eat and Unilever, both major suppliers to the British kebab sector, and the Centre for Turkey Studies, an independent organisation that builds bridges between the UK and Turkey.
Today we have a huge range of members from some of the the leading names in the UK kebab industry, from national brands to award-winning local restaurants and suppliers.
