The Kebab Alliance, the UK’s first representative body for the thriving kebab industry, generates over £2.8bn for the economy, employing over 200,000 people and playing a vital role in communities across the country. We are the voice of the industry, promoting our members’ interests, driving standards, and raising awareness of the crucial economic and cultural role of kebabs in the UK.

Founded in November 2020 by three key members, including major suppliers Just Eat and Unilever, along with the independent Centre for Turkey Studies, we have grown to include leading names in the UK kebab industry, from national brands to award-winning local restaurants and suppliers.
